How do I clean my lashes?
It is important to wash your eyes every day to keep a good hygiene on your eye area. Use a recommended makeup remover that’s oil free or a foaming wash to clean your lashes. A lint free applicator or sponge is recommended instead of Q-tips or cotton pads to avoid snagging lint on your eyelashes.
How do I maintain my lashes?
It’s really easy to maintain your beautiful lashes. Just avoid extreme moisture for the first 48 hours after your application, and use proper products that’s safe for eyelash extensions for cleaning. Do not rub them or pull them. Comb the lashes with a mascara wand that we send you home with. And come in to see us for a fill!
When should I come back for a fill?
Every 2-3 weeks are recommended.
How is an eyelash extension appointment preformed?
The synthetic / mink eyelash is applied hair by hair to your own individual eyelash using a special bonding agent. The Volume lashing is fanned at the time of application, multiple extremely fine synthetic eyelashes are applied on your natural lashes, customized only for you!
Why do I need to make an appointment for a retouch every two weeks?
Your natural eyelashes replenish day by day and they each have a different life cycle. You may lose 1 or 2 eyelashes each day but you might notice the difference right away when they are extended because they look more dramatic compared to when your eyelashes were short and all even length. Don’t worry when some lashes fall off, there are plenty of new ones that have come out ready for the eyelash stylist to refill. That is when you need to come in to be beautiful again. Some people like the full look all the time and come in every week, others prefer coming in every 2 weeks. You can come as often as you desire.
Can I use mascara/ an eyelash curler?
Mascara and eyelash curler are not recommended with the eyelash extensions. If necessary, water soluble mascara is ok, when removing mascara be sure to be gentle and use proper method to avoid rubbing too much. Our extensions already come with different curvature, just ask for a different curl.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
In order to book an appointment, credit card is required at the time of booking to keep in your file. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason please notify us via phone or e-mail 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. failure to do so will result in forfeiture 50% of the entire appointment amount.
How do you remove the eyelash extensions?
The adhesive has a very strong bond, it requires special remover to remove the eyelash extensions safely performed at the boutique.
